If all items are in stock we will endeavour to despatch orders on the same working day or the following working day after receipt of payment. There may be circumstances where we are unable to meet this commitment and on those occasions the customer will be contacted and informed of the expected despatch date.
Dataflow Systems cannot be held responsible for delays caused by Customs or other organisations involved in the processing and clearance of the importation of the order at the port of entry to the country of delivery.
The tracking number for the shipment of an order will be automatically emailed to the customer. If you have specific shipping requirements please state these in the 'Shipping' section of the checkout process.
