DATAFLOW SYSTEMS’ products are warranted against workmanship and material defects. This warranty is valid for one year from the date of shipment and only to the original purchaser.
DATAFLOW SYSTEMS will repair or replace any of its products that fail to operate properly during the warranty period. The failure must be from a defect in workmanship or material. The repair or replacement is at DATAFLOW SYSTEMS’ option and will be made without charge for parts and labour excluding batteries.
The customer must notify DATAFLOW SYSTEMS of any defects before the warranty expires. The customer must also make arrangements for repair and service. Shipping, duties, taxes, etc. are at the customer’s expense. DATAFLOW SYSTEMS’ liability is limited to repair or replacement of defective instruments or parts. Damage from abuse, accident, alteration, shipping damage, misuse, or corrosion is not covered by the warranty.
Under no circumstances will the Company reimburse claimant for cost incurred in removing and/or reinstalling replacement or repaired equipment.
Other than the obligations DATAFLOW SYSTEMS describes herein, DATAFLOW SYSTEMS disclaims all warranties, (expressed or implied) including, but not limited to, any implied warranties of merchantability or fitness for a particular purpose. DATAFLOW SYSTEMS LIMITED is not liable for indirect, incidental or consequential damages. Any attempts by unauthorised personnel to repair any Dataflow Systems product will automatically void the warranty covering that product.
If you are not 100% satisfied with your purchase, you can either return your order for a full refund or exchange it for something else. You can return or exchange your purchase for up to 120 days from the purchase date. All courier and shipping costs are to be paid by the customer with a 10% restocking charge. Returned or exchanged products must be in the condition you received them and in the original box and/or packaging.
We take your privacy seriously and will take all measures to protect your personal information. Any personal information received will only be used to fill your order. We will not sell or redistribute your information to anyone.
All transactions will be processed in New Zealand dollars.
Any purchases paid via credit card will be subject to a surcharge of 2.5% of the order total. This will be applied at the time of payment.
Any purchases paid via bank transfer with a sub-total of less than NZD$2000.00 will be subject to a $25.00 New Zealand international bank transfer fee. This fee does not cover any bank fees that may be charged by your bank. Dataflow Systems is not liable for any bank fess that may be charged by your bank.
Terms of Sale.
Payment of any order is required to have been received on the day of shipment. Options for payment are electronic transfer of funds to the bank account of Dataflow Systems Limited or credit card payment (VISA or MCARD) in the currency of New Zealand dollars. We no longer accept cheques or bank drafts. We will ship the order the next business day if stock is available. Confirmation of the tracking number will be provided by email. Customers who wish to purchase a large quantity of recorders which may not be available ex stock will be required to provide an official purchase order to instruct Dataflow Systems to commence manufacture of the items. Any quotation provided by Dataflow Systems in currency values of Australian or US dollars is only valid for ten (10) working days from the date of quotation. After this date the quotation will expire and the customer will need to request a replacement if required.
It can happen that a customer’s credit card is declined authorisation by the card issuer. At this time we will contact the customer to advise that the shipment has been held for this reason.
Freight charges do not include any duties and/or taxes which may be payable at entry port of the destination country. These charges are the responsibility of the purchaser.
There is no New Zealand GST payable on any order dispatched to an international destination.
If at any time customers are returning items for service work, all courier and shipping charges are the responsibility of the customer. New Zealand duties and/or taxes applicable to the entry of the return consignment are to be paid by the customer. Please contact Dataflow for advice on completion of shipping documentation prior to the return of service work. Service work will be quoted within a short time of receiving the items. A quotation will be provided by email detailing the cost of the work to be performed, including the return courier cost. Payment will be required to be received prior to return of items.
